As a former professionally trained dancer, and someone who takes their health and fitness seriously, I have spent the last three years tailoring workouts and educating myself on health, fitness, strength and cardio. 

I have learnt a lot about nutrition, balancing macros, living in a calorie deficit to burn body fat, and how to tailor workouts to body types. I work closely with fitness professionals to further learn more about living a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying the finer things in life (and the fridge.) It's all about balance, mental wellness and feeling good, as opposed to stressing about what the scales say. 



I maintain that a healthy lifestyle is all about balance, and that also goes for exercise, mental wellbeing and nutrition.
