Write You An Article Or Blog Post On Health And Fitness

 I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I love sports and exercise and I love nutrition. I will write an article or blog post for you on the following kinds of topics:



  • General fitness
  • Stretching and flexibility
  • Improving mobility and balance

  • Calisthenics
  • Body weight exercises and workouts
  • Basic weight lifting and endurance training

  • Sports nutrition
  • Getting proper rest
  • Hydration



  Although there are many health and fitness topics I can write about the following topics I currently cannot provide content on:


  • Body building
  • Power lifting
  • Isolated workouts (i.e. legs workout, chest day, etc...)
