After practicing weightlifting for many years I have mastered the knowledge needed to create diet plan and help you reach your personal goals. I can help you with both weight-loss and weight-gain depending on your needs.



Even the standard gig is customized, I'll need to know:

  • Your weight
  • Your height 
  • Your age


Based on that I'll do a calculation of your daily requirement and will design the diet based on your needs. There are no miracles here, to achieve anything you want in life you need to put in efforts, but if you need a great plan to help I'm your man.
